We are an independent Contract Research Organization based in the U.S. that conducts preclinical drug toxicology in state-of-the art, Good Laboratory Practices certified research sites in Kiev, UA. Our research sites are sponsored by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Health Department and offer services for commercial development of new drug discoveries as part of their core mission. Our company was created to provide the high quality, inexpensive services of these laboratories to start-up biotech companies in the USA and Europe, thereby providing them with an attractive option for advancing development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We offer a broad range of pre-clinical Contract Research Organization including medicine safety, acute and chronic toxicity, pharmacological screening, bioavailability, bio-equivalence , and extensive in vivo and in vitro screening for anti-cancer activity.
Our pre-clinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical services far below other CROs because we have a very low overhead in the United States and conduct all testing in Ukraine where labor and facility costs are much lower. Our staff in the United States consists only of the company principals who work directly with clients; we don’t have any marketing expenses aside from our site, and no head offices, administrative staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower research conduct costs in Ukraine due to much lower workers rates and are able to provide our most attractive rates for longer and more complex preclinical tests where labor is the greatest part of the overall cost. Because we use the same reliable international suppliers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we don’t have any cost advantage on these items and thus less overall cost advantage for very short-term preclinical tests. But, regardless of your test protocol and duration, our goal is to provide our clients the best possible value for their money.
